  • Where is the store based?

  • How do I contact you if I have questions?

    There are a few ways. We're on Instagram as LFTHVYclothing and Facebook as LFT HVY Clothing. You can always email me at [email protected].

  • Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

    I'll ship first class INTL when I can. The problem is that INTL first class doesn't allow for a tracking number outside of the last domestic shipping point (usually Chicago). After that point, there's no guarantees. I've shipped a few items to Canada and Australia and I haven't had any issues but buy at your own risk.

  • Why not ship international with tracking?

    Simple, the cost. It would have to be shipped FedEx, UPS, or Priority Express...all which depending on distance, cost over $25 per purchase.. If you're definitely interested in shipping with tracking, send me a note with your purchase and I'll double check the price and let you know ASAP.

  • How long will it take to receive my order?

    Typically, I let payment process and ship orders within 48hrs. Saturdays and Holidays are going to move things around a bit, but still 48hrs is pretty standard. I ship First Class for domestic orders and Priority for orders of more than one item. Priority mail has gone up already in 2017 and soon domestic shipping is going to be $10 for flat rate and not far behind for dimension and weight rates. I'm navigating this changing landscape as best I can and will ship packages in the best way possible for you. Rest assured, you'll get your order in a timely manner with a tracking number on all domestic orders. International is challenging on all fronts, see above.

  • Do I have to pay customs fees?

    DO I PAY CUSTOMS FEES?

    Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. We have no control over these charges and can't let you know how much they'll be. Policies vary from country to country so it would be a good idea to check your local customs for more info.

  • What is this .99 fee on my order?

    The company I use to host my site has implemented a transaction fee. It goes to them and is not a fee that I am charging you. This site currently, helps me run my company and this fee is what keeps them open. It's not always .99 and because it's varied, we haven't figured out how to navigate with it just yet, but many options are being discussed so that our customers are not being beat up by additional charges. We appreciate your business and thank you for your understanding.
